7 Most Expensive Properties in Brighton

Brighton and its surrounding areas has never been a cheap place to buy property. So here at Quick Property Buyer, we thought we would give a run through of the most expensive properties on the market at the moment around Brighton (and Hove and the Marina). We have chosen for no particular reason a radius of 3 miles from Brighton station for this list, compiled from properties presently on the market.

Therefore please see below for our countdown of the 7 most expensive homes up for sale in this area, from number seven to number one.

7.​ Roedean Crescent, Brighton

Strutt Parker are selling this 6 bedroom detached house in the exclusive Roedean Crescent for £2,650,000 which makes number 7 on our list. It is over 4,100 square foot in size and comes with spectacular views of the sea and the Marina.

6. Montpelier Crescent, Brighton

You do not always need to be detached to fall into the multi million pound bracket. Mishon Mackay are marketing this freehold building for £2,750,000 in Montpelier Crescent. It is set over 5 floors and previously has been used for both a mixture of residential and office space.

5.​ Hill Drive, Hove

Coming in at fifth spot on our list is this 7 bedroom house in Hill Drive, which is being marketed by both Foster & Co and Fine and Country for £2,750,000.

It is over 4,841 square foot in size and is set behind electric gates. It also comes with a swimming pool.

4. ​Dyke Road Avenue, Hove

This 7 bedroom Edwardian detached house is number 4 on our countdown and is being marketed by Mishon Mackay for £2,950,000.

It comes with 7,000 square footage of accommodation (that’s big) and its own snooker room.

3.​ Adelaide Crescent Hove

Coming in third on our list of most expensive properties in Brighton, is this six bedroom terraced house in Adelaide Crescent up for sale for offers in excess of £3,000,000.

This regency townhouse is set over 6 floors and was built around 1830. As the picture shows it is only a stone’s throw from the sea. It is being marketed by both Hamptons International and Fine and Country.

2. ​The Curve, Withdean Road

In second place of the most expensive properties in Brighton and surrounding areas, is this 5 bedroom detached property in Withdean Road which only came onto the market in October 2020.

It is being sold by Mishon Welton and thought to have an asking price above £3,000,000 (although the exact price is POA).

It is a 4 storey house with its own salt water pool, gym and cinema room in the lower ground floor. All nice to have during lockdowns.

1. Roedean Road

Top spot on our list is this property in the sought after Roedean Road. This six bedroom 4 storey Art Deco detached house is on the market for we assume an asking price greater than £3,000,000 (although again the actual price is POA).

It is described as an ‘exclusive cliff top villa’ by Hamptons International the estate agent for the property. It overlooks Brighton Marina and of course the sea.
